Please note that all products are not returnable.

Exchanges

Ring exchanges are possible, however shipping will be at the customers cost. In the event that you have ordered the incorrect ring size you will be able to return the item and exchange it for a different size or store credit. 

Please note:

- Rings being returned must be unused and undamaged. 

- Exchanges are only accepted within two weeks of the delivery date. 

- The customer pays for the shipping of the item to be exchanged. The customer may   choose the desired courier or a pickup can be arranged by Talisman Collective.
